WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Both our design studio and head office are located in Zurich, Switzerland. Here is where we assemble your bracelets.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship daily from fulfilment warehouses located around the globe. Depending on where you live and what product you have ordered will correlate with which warehouse you receive your product from.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO AND IS SHIPPING FREE?
We ship worldwide free of charge. Estimated delivery times 12 – 20 days depending on your location.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay and Paypal. All payments are processed through a secured checkout process.
I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN CHECKING OUT. WHAT'S GOING ON?
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue).
HOW DOES YOUR GUARANTEE WORK?
FAVOLARI is always committed to ensuring you with the highest quality of Jewellery. We are more than pleased to offer our jewellery patrons a lifetime guarantee if your product is damaged, fades or is defective during normal wear. This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless, as determined solely by FAVOLARI, your piece was intentionally damaged. In the event FAVOLARI no longer carries the product, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. The exception is for clearance or final sale items.
I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER.
For all the FAVOLARI Jewellery bracelets we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the jeweleries purchased at www.favolari.com. You have 30 calendar days to return the product(s) for a refund or exchange. After 30 calendar days, refunding is not possible. For an exchange, we accept FAVOLARI Jewellery bracelets with the original tags attached, and there must be no sign of usage. For a refund, we accept FAVOLARI Jewellery products with the original tags attached, and there must be no sign of usage. There is a restocking fee of $9 per order. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
You will receive an email confirming the registration of your return from our return department and your refund will reach you within 3-5 business days after that. Returns for exchanges will typically be processed for shipment the next day. If you haven’t received an email within two weeks from the date that you returned your package, please contact our customer service team with your order and tracking number.
